For Infant Care Specialists

While a career as a night nurse is fulfilling, it can also be confusing to navigate from time to time. You’re entering personal spaces, integrating yourself into family dynamics, and sometimes, that can result in some less-than-desirable situations.

Yea, we’re going to say it: We’ve all had the uncomfortable moment with a creepy Dad. We’ve all walked into a home that doesn’t have all of the supplies needed for Baby.

That’s why we maintain an open-door policy for our Infant Care Specialists and background check all of our families before accepting them as clients. We hold parents accountable to the Parent Code of Conduct. We have your back.

It is Rested’s priority to keep the infant care specialist happy, therefore keeping the baby happy, and therefore keeping the family happy! Rested also has the parents adhere to a code of conduct, which looks out for the infant care specialists’ best interests as well. (I’ve got your back ;))

    Parent Code of Conduct

  • Rested takes into consideration the location of the family and date/time of the baby’s arrival. We aim to build relationships with our infant care specialists and encourage them to be open with us. If you’re finding that a family isn’t a good fit, we want to hear about it.
