We provide trusted, in-home overnight newborn care that helps parents sleep, babies thrive, and care specialists feel deeply valued. Whether you're navigating first-time parenthood or looking for expert support the second (or third!) time around, we're here to make those early weeks feel lighter, calmer, and more joyful for the whole family.

Our Story

It started with one very tired family and one very magical Infant Care Specialist.

When Sam and Kate welcomed their first baby, they experienced the kind of life-changing support that only a true newborn expert—a baby whisperer—can provide. It was more than just getting a few hours of sleep. It was about trust, relief, and partnership. Their Infant Care Specialist didn’t just help their baby sleep, she helped the whole family breathe.

From that connection, an idea was born: what if every family could access this level of postpartum support? And what if Infant Care Specialists had a company that valued them just as much as the families they care for?

Cue the diaper changes, late-night feeds, and the start of something beautiful,
